Data Deletion

Last Updated: 17 October 2026

You can ask The Physio Store to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what we delete, and what we have to keep. It applies to data from our website and from your messages to us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

How to request deletion

  1. Send us a message with the words “Delete my data”: Please send it from the same phone number, email address or social media account you used to contact us, so we can find your records.
  2. Confirm it is you. We may ask you a simple question, such as your name or an order number. This stops anyone else from deleting your information.
  3. We delete your data and send you a confirmation, normally within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your contact details in our customer support system: name, phone number, email address and city.
  • All your conversations with us: messages from our website contact form, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, and the replies our team sent you.
  • Copies of photos, voice notes, videos and documents you sent us on WhatsApp.
  • Notes our staff wrote about your requests, and any record of products you were interested in or follow-ups we had planned.
  • The link between your WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram account and our records.

Once deleted, we stop contacting you for follow-ups. If you message us again in the future, you will start as a new customer with no previous history.

What we have to keep

Details of orders you have placed, payments, delivery records and invoices are kept for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy. These are not used to contact you.

Copies outside our systems

Copies of your messages also stay on your own phone and on Meta’s services (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram). We cannot delete those for you. You can delete them yourself from your WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram app, and you can manage the data Meta holds about you in your Meta account settings.

Website account and browsing data

If you have an account on our website, include that in your request and we will delete it too. You can also turn off analytics cookies at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page.
