The Physio Store is a Pakistan-based e-commerce store offering physiotherapy products, orthopedic braces, walking boots, ankle supports, tapes, rehabilitation devices, and related recovery support products.

You must not misuse the website, attempt to damage it, interfere with its security, place fake orders, provide false information, or use the website in a way that may harm The Physio Store, other customers, payment providers, courier partners, or service providers.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, or take appropriate action if we believe a customer has misused the website, placed fraudulent orders, provided incorrect information, or violated these Terms & Conditions.
2. Product Information
We try to ensure that all product information, images, descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability details on our website are accurate and updated. However, minor differences may occur due to photography, display settings, packaging updates, supplier changes, or product variations.

The Physio Store sells recovery support products, braces, tapes, walking boots, rehabilitation devices, and physiotherapy-related items. These products are designed to support recovery, protection, mobility, rehabilitation, or clinical use where appropriate.
Our products do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, surgery, physiotherapy, or professional medical guidance. Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using products for injuries, post-surgical recovery, fractures, ligament injuries, neurological conditions, severe pain, swelling, skin issues, or any medical condition.
The Physio Store is not responsible for incorrect product selection, misuse, improper fitting, use against medical advice, or failure to follow product instructions.
4. Orders and Order Confirmation
When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate customer details, phone number, address, city, and payment information. An order is considered received when it is submitted through the website, but it is considered confirmed only after our team verifies product availability, customer details, and payment or Cash on Delivery eligibility.
We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if we cannot reach you, if the address is incomplete, if the product is unavailable, or if the order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices, delivery charges, offers, and availability may change without prior notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the price, contact the customer, or cancel the order before dispatch.
Product availability is subject to stock. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may offer a replacement, suggest an alternative, delay dispatch until restocked, or cancel the order.
6. Payment Methods
The Physio Store may offer payment options including Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, debit or credit card payments, or other approved payment methods.
For online payments, customers may be redirected to a third-party payment gateway or secure payment page. The Physio Store does not store complete card numbers, CVV codes, or sensitive banking credentials.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer must pay the full amount at the time of delivery. Refusal to receive confirmed COD orders may result in order restrictions for future purchases.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver products across Pakistan through courier, delivery, or logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on city, courier performance, order confirmation time, weather, public holidays, operational delays, or customer availability.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. The Physio Store is not responsible for courier delays that are outside our direct control, but we will assist customers with tracking and support where possible.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to product condition, product type, packaging condition, hygiene requirements, and our return policy.
Products such as tapes, bandages, needles, opened clinical-use items, personal-use items, and hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, damaged, or tampered with.
Braces, walking boots, and supports may be eligible for exchange or return only if they are unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging, subject to approval. Customers must contact us within the allowed return/exchange period and provide order details, reason for request, and product condition.

9. Product Use and Fitting
Customers are responsible for reading product instructions, checking sizing, and using products correctly. For braces, moon boots, supports, tapes, acupuncture dry needles, TENS/EMS machines, and rehabilitation devices, professional guidance may be required.
Products should not be used over open wounds, infected skin, severe swelling, unexplained pain, numbness, tingling, colour change, or post-surgical restrictions without medical advice. Stop using any product if discomfort, irritation, increased pain, or unusual symptoms occur, and consult a healthcare professional.
10. Account Registration and Google Sign-In
Customers may create an account using email/password or Google sign-in where available. Customers are responsible for keeping their account information secure and for all activity under their account.
If Google sign-in is used, basic account information such as name, email, profile picture, and account ID may be used to manage the customer account. We do not receive or store Google passwords.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Physio Store will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, quality products, and reliable service. However, we are not liable for indirect loss, misuse of products, incorrect product selection, medical outcomes, courier delays, customer-provided address errors, payment gateway issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the product purchased from The Physio Store.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, product presentation, text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and design elements are owned by or licensed to The Physio Store unless otherwise stated. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
