Knee Braces

From ROM braces for guided post-surgery recovery to supports for knee stability — clinician-guided selection with sizing help before you order.

Quick Answer

Which knee brace do I need?

It depends on the job: compression sleeves give warmth and light support, hinged braces add structural side stability for ligament injuries, and ROM braces add adjustable movement control for post-surgery recovery plans. If a clinician has recommended a type, follow that recommendation.

Which knee brace do you need?

Knee braces range from simple compression sleeves to hinged ROM braces. The right choice depends on why your knee needs support:

  • After ACL/PCL/MCL injury or knee surgery — a ROM knee brace with adjustable hinges is commonly recommended so movement can be limited to a safe range and increased gradually.
  • Knee instability — a hinged brace adds side-to-side support during daily activity or sport.
  • Knee pain after running or training — many people start with compression support; if pain is persistent, get assessed by a professional before relying on a brace.

If your surgeon or physiotherapist has recommended a specific brace type, follow that recommendation — and if you have the prescription, send it to us on WhatsApp so we can match the right product.

Getting the size right

A knee brace only works if it fits. Measure around your mid-thigh, knee cap, and upper calf, and compare with the product size guide. Our current ROM brace uses a standard adjustable adult fit that suits most men and women. Full instructions: How to Measure Knee Brace Size.

Knee Braces & Supports

Fitting Support Available

Our knee braces use an adjustable one-size-fit structure with secure tightening straps. For a more personalized fit, we provide knee measurement and fit analysis, with optional foam padding in 1mm, 2mm, or 3mm thickness based on your knee width — for a more secure, comfortable, and personalized fit.

Free in-store fitting at The Physio Store by Sports and Spine, Basement of 275, Shapes Fitness Center DHA, Sector G, Phase 5, D.H.A, Lahore, 54000. At-home fitting may be available on request with an additional surcharge depending on distance.

Fitting support helps with product comfort and sizing. It does not replace medical advice from your doctor, surgeon, or physiotherapist.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which knee brace is used after ACL surgery?

A ROM (range of motion) knee brace is commonly used in some post-ACL-surgery recovery plans because its hinges can limit knee bending to the range set by your surgeon or physiotherapist. Always follow your own clinician's protocol.

Can I wear a knee brace all day?

Follow your clinician's advice. As general guidance, a brace should feel secure but never cause numbness, tingling, or colour change — remove it and refit if that happens.

How do I measure my knee for a brace?

Measure around the mid-thigh, the centre of the knee cap, and the upper calf with a soft measuring tape. See our step-by-step knee brace sizing guide.

Can I exchange a knee brace if it doesn't fit?

Only if it is unopened and unused, within 3 days of delivery. That is why we recommend confirming size on WhatsApp before ordering.

Do you provide fitting support?

Yes. Free fitting support is available at our DHA Lahore location, with knee measurement and optional foam padding (1mm, 2mm, or 3mm) based on your knee width. At-home fitting may be available with an additional surcharge depending on distance.
