How our product information is created

Product pages, buying guides, and sizing guides on this site are written by The Physio Store team based on the actual products we stock — their real specifications, sizes, materials, and limitations. We write to help customers understand brace types, sizing, and general product selection before they buy.

When pages are reviewed by clinical professionals

The Physio Store is connected with Sports & Spine Professionals in Lahore, and benefits from the sports-medicine experience of Dr. Sohail Saleem (Sports Medicine Physician, 25+ years in sports medicine). Where a specific page has been individually reviewed for product-selection guidance, it carries a visible "Reviewed by" note naming the reviewer. Pages without that note have not been individually clinically reviewed — they carry our standard Clinical Guidance disclosure instead. We never label a page as reviewed unless it actually was.

What "clinician-guided" means — and what it does not

"Clinician-guided" means our product range and selection standards are shaped by clinical experience: which brace types are commonly recommended, what quality level holds up in real recovery, and what sizing help customers need. It does not mean our content is medical advice, that products are "doctor recommended" for your specific case, or that buying a product replaces seeing a professional.

Why medical advice is still required

Injuries, fractures, and post-surgery recovery need diagnosis and a treatment plan from a doctor, surgeon, or physiotherapist. Products like ROM braces and walker boots are used within those plans — the settings, duration, and weight-bearing decisions belong to your clinical team, not to a store. We consistently say this on every medically relevant page.

How product updates are handled

When a product's specification, size range, price, or availability changes, we update the product data and the pages that reference it. Where a supplier specification is unconfirmed, the page says so rather than inventing details.

How to get sizing help

Send your measurements, injury area, or doctor/physio recommendation on WhatsApp (0309-6992521) before ordering. Sizing confirmation before dispatch is free and avoids returns that hygiene rules would not allow.

No fake reviews or fake claims

We do not publish fake reviews, fake ratings, invented certifications, or invented doctor approvals. Our Reviews page only shows feedback from real customers and clinics who gave permission to publish. We do not claim products cure conditions or guarantee recovery — no honest store can.
