Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes — standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days anywhere in Pakistan, and urgent Lahore delivery may be available within 48 hours after order confirmation. Cash on delivery is available. Details in the Shipping Policy.
Can I return a product if it does not fit?
Unopened braces and boots may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery. Tapes, bandages, and opened medical-use products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please read the Return & Exchange Policy before ordering.
