How to Use
- Start wrapping with light, even tension
- Overlap each layer by about half its width
- Press the final layer so the bandage sticks to itself
- Check circulation after applying
- Remove and rewrap if the area feels tight, cold, numb, or painful
- Unwrap gently after use

- Do not wrap too tightly because it can restrict circulation
- Do not apply directly over open wounds without proper dressing
- Remove if fingers or toes become cold, numb, painful, or change colour
- Not a substitute for proper wound care or fracture support
- Keep unused rolls clean and dry
- Discard if the bandage becomes dirty or loses elasticity
